How we work

We make your
life easier.

That's the whole job. Below is how a build actually runs — starting with an audit, so nothing gets built on a guess.

How a build runs

Six steps. No surprises.

01

Technical audit

We find out what your systems will actually give us — APIs, exports, rate limits, whether the data is clean. Sometimes the answer is 'not much'. You find that out here, not three weeks in.

02

Scope and spec

What gets built, which data it uses, what comes out of it, and what it deliberately won't do. Written down, with a fixed price against it.

03

Connect and reconcile

We wire the systems together, then check the numbers against the source by hand. Once, properly. Nothing gets built on top of data you don't yet trust.

04

Build

The report, the automation, the portal — whatever was specced. Working software on your own infrastructure, not a demo that needs finishing later.

05

Test on your real data

Month-ends, edge cases, the client who's set up differently to everyone else. You sign off the outputs before anybody relies on them.

06

Live and monitored

It runs on a schedule. We watch the syncs, fix what breaks, and you tell us what to change once you've used it a fortnight.

Straight answers

The things people ask.

How long does it take?

Depends what it is. A nudge that chases quiet customers is days. Something your customers log into is longer. You get a date with the quote, not a guess now.

What if it takes you longer than you thought?

Our problem. The price is the price.

Do I have to sign anything long?

No. Each piece of work stands on its own and ends.

Who owns it?

You do. Your accounts, your keys, your data. Nothing to unpick if you walk away.

What can you see?

Only what you give us read access to, and you can revoke it in one click. If a system won't do read-only, we tell you before you decide.

Will AI email my customers?

Not without a person reading it first.

What if my software won't connect?

We say so early. You've lost a phone call, not a project.

Can you work alongside our own developer?

Yes. We take the piece nobody has time for and stay out of the way.

What if we want it changed later?

Small changes come with the monthly fee. Anything bigger gets quoted like new work.

Tell us the job that keeps not getting done. We'll tell you if software can take it off you, and what it costs.
