Opportunity Engine · in build

The work your clients need, found in their own figures.

Opportunity Engine reads each client's books, their Companies House record and your practice records, and ranks the work each client needs: tax planning, cash, funding, protection, legal work and your own fees. Every item carries the figure that raised it and its value in pounds.

Where it reads from

The software your clients already use.

The big four bookkeeping packages connect directly. Sage 50, the smaller packages and most of the systems firms run their jobs and fees on come in by export file. Companies House is read for every client without you doing anything.

For what no system records, such as a will or a shareholder agreement, the client answers about ten questions through their portal.

Acting on it

An introduction, drafted and ready for you to send.

Pick an item and the email to the client is written from the figures behind it. Financial planning goes to an FCA-authorised financial adviser and legal work to an SRA-regulated law firm. Someone at your firm reads every email and presses send.

Subject Your company pension, before the year end

Hi Sam,

Looking at this year's figures, the company made £84,200 profit and paid nothing into a pension for you. Payments the company makes into your pension are an allowable business cost, so they reduce the company's Corporation Tax.

We work with an FCA-authorised financial adviser who can look at what would suit you. Would you like an introduction before 31 March?
