Case study · Content Engine

One engine.
Every brand.

A content and capture machine that writes, builds, publishes and follows up across seven branded websites — every week, without anyone touching it.

The brief

Seven brands, one person's attention. Seven separate websites would have meant seven content calendars and seven sets of forms quietly failing.

So we built one engine. Each brand keeps its own name, look and domain. It publishes itself every week and every enquiry lands in one pipeline.

What we built
  • One codebase, many brands — shared build components with per-brand identity, so a new site is configuration rather than a project
  • ~126 programmatically generated pages — calculators, comparisons and location pages built from structured data
  • A scheduled AI writer that researches, drafts, formats and publishes a guide per site weekly, then rebuilds indexes and sitemaps correctly
  • Capture standardised everywhere — one form function mirrored across every site, with source attribution on every lead
  • Nurture built in — welcome drips and a long-running sequence, plus consolidation of roughly nine thousand existing contact records into one audience
  • Lead magnets and free tools as the front door: tax estimators, checklists and scorecards that are useful before anyone gives an email address
  • A cross-business dashboard with a weekday briefing email, pulling deploy, email, database and outbound metrics into one place

Where it got to

Marketing infrastructure, not marketing effort.

The engine is the point. Adding an eighth brand is a configuration change rather than a project, and publishing next week's content is a schedule rather than a task on somebody's list. That's the same shift we build for clients: turn the thing that needs doing repeatedly into something the system does reliably.
