What exists
Eight platforms in production, forty-two live properties, four self-serve products with sign-up, trials and plan gating — and AOS, the practice operating system, sold as a managed deployment. Everything on this site is real and running.
Chivvy is raising £250,000 under SEIS — advance assurance applied for — to take four live products to market. Plan and deck on request.
The short version
Chivvy builds and runs business software. The trade has two halves: fixed-price bespoke builds for established businesses, and self-serve products — built for our own companies first, then productised once they have proven themselves in daily use.
Four products are live today. The Acquisition Engine finds, scores and manages the purchase of accountancy firms — every UK practice in one universe. Practice Portal is a white-label client portal for accountancy firms, and Growth Engine is its client-winning half: website, CRM and proposals accepted online — with a designed-and-hosted Website product sold on its own. All are self-serve with free trials, used every working day, and built with AI as the primary means of production — which is the point: one founder, production software in days, almost no payroll.
Above the self-serve tier sits AOS — the full practice operating system our own firm runs on (jobs, capacity, time, HMRC Making Tax Digital filing, six AI agents), offered as a managed deployment with a fixed set-up build and a flat monthly platform fee. It is the high-ticket rung of the same ladder: free tools bring firms in, self-serve products convert them, AOS is where a firm hands us the whole practice.

Chivvy Ltd is raising £250,000 under SEIS — advance assurance has been applied for with HMRC. Funds go to product, distribution and infrastructure — not to buying assets in.
AI-leveraged development: one founder building with AI as the primary means of production, contract capacity only if needed. The cost base stays small on purpose.
Chivvy Ltd, company no. 17040454, incorporated February 2026. Founder and sole director: Andrew Jackson, who also owns and runs the accountancy practice the products were proven in.
