What we do

We make your own
data useful again.

Six things, built on top of the software you already run — starting with whichever one pays for itself fastest.

The work

Six things we build.
Usually in that order.

Most start with the data and a report — it pays for itself fastest. The rest is optional.

01

Join the data up

Every system you run, synced on a schedule into one database that belongs to you. Accounts, till, web shop, booking system, job software — whatever the mix.

  • Incremental sync, so it stays current without hammering your software
  • Read-only keys you create and can revoke in one click
  • History kept from day one, so next year you can compare
02

Reporting that writes itself

A brief that arrives rather than a dashboard you have to remember. The numbers that matter, the reason each one moved, and the one thing worth chasing.

  • Written from your own rows — never from what a model half-remembers
  • Ask follow-ups in plain English, get answers from live data
  • Same numbers for everyone, so meetings stop being about whose spreadsheet is right
03

Watch what people forget

Scores every customer against their own pattern, then tells you who needs attention while it's still cheap to fix.

  • Ordering cadence, volume trend and range breadth per account
  • Quotes never followed up, jobs that have stalled, invoices ageing
  • A weekly list: who, why now, and what to say
04

Automate the mundane

The recurring jobs nobody enjoys, drafted overnight and waiting for a human to approve. Nothing reaches a customer unchecked.

  • Invoice chasing, reorder nudges, reminders, renewal notices
  • Messages matched to what each customer actually buys
  • Escalates to a person when something is ignored twice
05

Build the customer-facing bit

The thing your customers touch — built by us, wired into the same data from day one, so every enquiry is measurable end to end.

  • Client portals, booking and enquiry flows, calculators, quote tools
  • Lead capture that lands in the pipeline, not a stray inbox
  • Dashboards for the people doing the work
06

Put agents on the repetitive jobs

When a job is bigger than a nudge, we build an agent for it — the same pattern running unsupervised in our own platform today.

  • Triage and categorise inbound work, draft the reply
  • Pre-check jobs before review and flag what's missing
  • Always draft-for-approval, always logged, always escalating
Honest limits

What we won't pretend.

AI drafts. People send.

Nothing generated reaches a customer without a human approving it. A design decision, not a limitation we're working around.

Some software won't play.

If a system has no API and no export, we say so before you commit — rather than discovering it in week three of your project.

Scheduled, not instant.

Most systems don't push changes out live, so we poll. Hourly is plenty for reporting; we'll tell you if your case genuinely needs more.

We don't rip out what works.

Your accounts package, your till, your booking system — they stay. We build around them rather than replacing them, because that's cheaper, faster and far less disruptive than a migration.

Get started

Not sure which of the six you need?

Most people aren't, and that's fine. Describe the job that keeps not getting done and we'll tell you which one it is — or whether it's none of them.
