The whole practice,
on one system

AOS is the accountancy operating system: the platform our own firm runs on — CRM, jobs, capacity, tax filing, AI agents, client portal — deployed for your firm, under your brand.

AOS morning view
The brief

Practice Portal and Growth Engine are the front office as products: sign up, put your logo on it, go. AOS is the other answer, for the firm that wants the whole thing — the operating system our own accountancy practice runs on, deployed as your system, with your name on it.

The platform already exists and is worked in every day: a two-pipeline CRM, jobs generated from Companies House deadlines, staff capacity against real hours, onboarding from proposal to signed engagement letter to direct debit, time and WIP, payroll, a client portal with no passwords — and full HMRC Making Tax Digital agent filing, the highest compliance bar in UK practice software.

Six AI agents run through the day: chasing information requests, nudging stalled onboarding, triaging the inbox, pre-reviewing jobs before a human review. None of them sends anything unsupervised — everything lands in an approval queue, which is a design decision, not a limitation.

An AOS engagement is a deployment, not a download. Your own database, walled off; your branding through every screen and email; your workflows mapped onto the modules in a few working sessions; your data migrated from whatever you run now. Because one firm already lives on it, the questions that stall practice-software projects — does it handle this? — mostly have the answer: it already does, every day.

What we built
  • Everything in the platform — CRM, jobs and capacity, onboarding, time and WIP, HR and holidays, team hub, client portal, e-signing, direct debit, AML checks
  • Full HMRC Making Tax Digital agent software — digital records, quarterly submissions, year-end and Final Declaration
  • Six AI agents, all draft-for-approval — information chasing, onboarding nudges, inbox triage, job pre-review
  • Your instance, your brand, your data — a dedicated tenancy, migrated from your current stack, with your engagement letters and templates
  • Run and monitored by us — updates, backups, monitoring that emails us before it emails you
  • Scoped and priced as a deployment: a fixed set-up build, then a monthly platform fee
The decisions that mattered
01

A deployment, not a SaaS tier

Practice software fails at the edges — the workflow a product almost supports. Selling AOS as self-serve would recreate exactly that.

So AOS is deployed: we map your workflows onto the modules with you, migrate your data, and adjust where the platform genuinely needs it. You get product economics with bespoke fit.

02

The screenshots are illustrative — deliberately

The platform imagery on this page uses a fictional firm and fictional clients, because the real system is full of real client data and we treat that the way you'd want your own clients' data treated.

The live system is shown, with real data, in a walkthrough call — on our screen, of our own firm.

03

Priced so the firm keeps the upside

Practice software pricing usually scales per client, so growing punishes you.

AOS is a fixed set-up build plus a flat monthly platform fee, agreed for your size and reviewed annually — not a per-client meter.

Where it got to

Proven on our own firm. Available for yours.

AOS is not a concept: it is Buzz OS — 487 clients, HMRC-verified filing, in daily production since 2026 — offered as a deployment for firms that want the whole system rather than the front office alone. We take on one deployment at a time; the first conversation is free and specific.
